  2. RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) is 1,000 milligrams (mg) / day for men between the ages of 51 and 70 and adults between the ages of 19 and 50
    RDA for women over the age of 50 and men over the age of 70 years is 1,200 milligrams (mg) / day
